Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brampton, ON, for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-cycle construction project management, from initial planning to final handover. Coordinate project schedule, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulation, permit requirements and safety standards. Conduct regular on-site inspection to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project plans. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges to maintain workflow and targets. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants and external partners. Maintain clear communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. contribute to continuous improvement, efficiency, quality-control practices. Qualifications & Requirement Minimum 5+ experience in Project Management and Construction Management with residential or land developments projects. Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management Strong skills in Budgeting and cost control within construction projects Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Knowledge of safety and regulatory, Ontario building codes, and municipal regulations. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction techniques is an asset.
