OverviewVialto Partners is a market leader in global mobility services. Our purpose is to ‘Connect the world’ and we are a stand-alone global mobility business. This role is for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist supporting Canadian and US tax clients within the Vialto Value Network (VVN) Canada team. The position is a 3-6 month full-time contract starting January 2026, with hybrid work options and potential extension. The customer service team serves all Canadian time zones and may require extended hours/overtime during peak periods.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for Canadian and US tax clients, responding to queries via email and phone.Coordinate deadlines and file status as a liaison between the VVN and the local office.Schedule consultations with tax staff across Vialto Partner offices.Triage inquiries, using training and templates to respond effectively.Escalate inquiries to the local office team as needed.Run reports on service status, ensure service level agreements are met, and send reminders as required.Coordinate with government agencies and foreign offices to obtain required documents (e.g., foreign tax returns for credits).Support other VVN Canada team members with administrative tasks such as filing, document assembly, scanning, photocopying, mailing and couriering documents to clients and tax authorities.QualificationsExperience in customer service.Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field.Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.Strong technology skills (MS Office and Google Suite).Effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage client expectations.Self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility for personal growth.Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining professional standards.Commitment to valuing differences and working with diverse people and perspectives.Flexible work schedule as services cover Canadian time zones; overtime may be required.Additional InformationDue to seasonality, overtime may be required during peak periods. This contract starts January 2026 and lasts 3-6 months with potential extension. Hybrid work arrangement; in-office presence as required. Hourly rate: CAD 21.50–25.50.
