Key Responsibilities:- Coach, train, and lead team members to optimize their performance and develop their skills.
- Encourage and maintain team engagement through caring coaching.
- Regularly evaluate performance and make adjustments as necessary to meet established objectives.
- Anticipate needs and adjust strategies in keeping with the corporate vision.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the fashion buyer role.
- Have solid fashion experience and good market reflexes.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in analyzing and explaining numbers and data.
- Demonstrate engaging and available leadership.
- Be an educator and model a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrate managerial courage and a corporate vision (macro vision).
- Be able to effectively communicate in English and French, both spoken and written, in order to do so with all stakeholders.
- A telemedicine service and Employee and Family Assistance Program.
- Group insurance plan and RRSP.
- Up to 40% off Simons purchases.
