Personal Lines Account Manager – Tillsonburg

Our employees are committed to providing outstanding products and unsurpassed service that, together, deliver premium value to our clients.Responsible for the policy and claims service of assigned section of personal lines clients. Ensure prompt, accurate, courteous service to insureds, sales representatives and insurance companies regarding those accounts.Key Responsibilities:Provide service to assigned clients on renewal and throughout the policy period; handle questions and general inquiries, recommend and provide increased limits or coverage.Responsible for all incoming inquiries and requested changes regarding assigned clients.Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all policy documentation processing; new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, etc.Record and process various claims transactions.Responsible for accounts receivable for assigned clients, adhering to corporate accounts receivable procedures.Ensure all abeyance items are completed through the use of follow-up lists.Solicit new personal lines business from existing accounts and provide quotations where required.Provide backup for other Personal Lines Account Managers as required.Adhere to all system procedures and insurance company regulations.Other duties and special projects, as required.Qualifications:RIBO Licensed, or RIBO license eligibleMinimum 2 years sales/service/processing experienceExcellent customer service skills; good written and oral communication skills; organized; attention to detail; ability to prioritize; team player; accuracy in recording detailsAbility to work effectively in a fast paced environmentWorking knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; EPIC is an assetWhat’s In It for You?3 weeks minimum paid vacationA comprehensive compensation package and incentives that recognize strong performanceHelp with career growth through education assistance, mentorship and internal job opportunitiesPrioritizing your well-being through wellness programs, a comprehensive benefits program and fitness allowancesFlexibility by offering a hybrid work from home program for eligible positionsOther perks such as your birthday off, paid community outreach days, RRSP matching & an outstanding cultureSalary Range:From $45,000 per annumMcFarlan Rowlands is an equal opportunity employer.
