Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. Leverage RBC’s resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans. Foster long‑term relationships using personalized service and advice. Establish reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance. How you’ll succeed Lean on RBC’s strong brand to build a client base. Utilize RBC’s investment and wealth management resources. Provide trusted, multi‑generational, long‑term advice. Collaborate with RBC partners to support clients’ full financial lives. Requirements 4–6 years of outbound sales experience with 100% commission earning. Completed Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) and Retail Securities Exam (RSE) before start date. Passion for financial planning and portfolio management. Strong relationship building skills across diverse clients. Nice to have Experience in direct marketing or high‑value sales in financial services. Completed CFP, CIM, or CFA certifications.
