Job Description: The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that support marketing campaigns, lifecycle management, and cross-functional business needs. This role collaborates with marketing, product, and technology teams to build scalable configurations, integrations, and automations while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Design and implement Salesforce solutions to support marketing campaigns and lifecycle initiatives. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for targeted marketing programs. Integrate third-party SaaS platforms with Salesforce to enhance automation and analytics. Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant data protection standards. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Monitor campaign performance through Salesforce reports and dashboards and deliver actionable insights. Requirement / Must Have: 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including configuration and customization. Experience working with COPADO. Strong understanding of SaaS platform integrations with Salesforce. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud. Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs and common integration tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Should Have: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I / II) preferred. Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience. Experience integrating external SaaS platforms with Salesforce. Skills: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components. SOQL, workflow automation, validation rules. Integration with REST / SOAP APIs. COPADO and DevOps practices. Agile methodology knowledge. Qualification and Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
