Our team comprises over 25 clinicians across multiple disciplines, supported by experienced administrative staff, and offers a practice environment where Occupational Therapy is a core and integrated part of care. Collaboration is embedded into everyday practice through shared caseloads, case discussions, and coordinated treatment planning. We actively support Occupational Therapists practicing at full scope, with exposure to occupational rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations, concussion management, complex multisite injuries, and mental health‑informed care. Mentorship and professional growth are prioritized through structured onboarding, pairing junior clinicians with experienced mentors, regular in‑services, and education reimbursements with preferred pricing on select external courses. Your impact Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based Occupational Therapy services to clients Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow‑up of clients Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, specialized seating and positioning assessments Identification of appropriate equipment needs with the initiation of recommendations Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications/funding letters to the Ministry of Health, insurance agencies and other funding parties Provide education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs and adaptive aides, as well as providing ongoing education to clients and family to improve function, independence and safety Provide ongoing evaluation of restraint use, wound prevention, falls, and injury prevention. Record assessment and treatment interventions in the client's chart Excel in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment Exhibit sound professional judgment Are you the right fit? As one of the largest networks of OTs in the nation, you will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, delivering high‑quality, client‑centred care across multiple clinics or specific clinics and community settings. Key skills and qualifications include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of current Occupational Therapy standards, modalities and scope of practice; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists in your province. 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred Newly Licensed Graduates are accepted Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle may be required Other Requirements Clinical experience is an asset in areas such as brain injury/neurological rehabilitation, mental health, musculoskeletal/orthopedic injury, home safety, ergonomics and/or return to work.
