We are looking for a Real Estate Contract Management Specialist for Canada, who will be responsible for the procurement process. The Real Estate Contract Management Specialist oversees the entire supply chain management (SCM) process—from project initiation and stakeholder alignment to contract execution. They are also responsible for receiving goods and/or services, evaluation and project closure, as well as optimizing costs, timelines, and quality to ensure project success. Give your career a new boost and join our dynamic team We look forward to receiving your application How You’ll Make an Impact Planning and Needs Manageme nt: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timeline, procurement needs, specific requirements for goods, services or suppliers, quality standards, and other essential criteria. Supplier Qualification and Local Market Research. Procurement Proce ss: Work with the indirect SCM (CAPEX) contact to initiate and track the creation or reactivation of new suppliers (including evaluation and pre-selection), issue purchase requests/orders/WBS, coordinate receipt of goods/services, reconcile invoices, and process payments. Contract Monitoring and Performance Manageme nt: Collaborate with the indirect SCM (CAPEX) contact for contract preparation, execution, and management (drafting and negotiation, compliance, modifications, deliverables, closure, and post-project evaluation). Risk and Compliance Manageme nt: Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, procurement tracking, progress reporting, etc. Health & Safety Leadersh ip: Promote and apply the highest standards to ensure a safe working environment. Real estate activities are implemented with all necessary safety controls to mitigate and eliminate hazards and risks. Document Manageme nt: Organize and maintain the Canadian Real Estate team’s archive library (Drive). Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate or Facilities Management. Experience in industrial real estate project management, including contract management, is an asset. Strong background in project management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/Ariba. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Resilience, autonomy, reliability, proactivity, and team spirit.
