Job Role and Responsibility

You will work with the Professional Services team to lead the customer solution design and implementation. You will provide deep CPQ and revenue expertise and guidance on functional design and implementation of Nue. You are a hands-on team member that can manage multiple complex tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining the ability to engage with team members and customers in a professional and timely manner. You have a high proficiency in translating business problems into solutions, while leveraging the capabilities of Nue. You will always ensure that the solution provided is delivering business value.

What You’ll Be Working On

  1. Lead customer engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  2. Develop functional solutions that optimize the capabilities and extensibilities of Nue.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers to deeply understand their needs, business goals, and timeline, driving them towards successful outcomes.
  4. Utilize your expertise in transformation and change management to guide customers through the adoption of new products or processes, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing impact.
  5. Foster strong relationships across various customer personas, particularly with large Enterprise accounts, to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long-term success.
  6. Lead functional deep dives with the customer and work with the Technical Consultant and Solutions Architect to deliver both functional and technical solutions.
  7. Become an expert on the product domain and drive the requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and customer enablement.
  8. Deliver requirements documents, use cases, customer enablement, and launch plans.
  9. Work with the engineering team to drive product solutions.
  10. Work with your Solution Architect and other team members to ensure proper application of all phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) and that completion dates are met.

We Are Looking For

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years in implementing and integrating software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM, or ERP domains.
  2. Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions is a plus.
  3. Previous Salesforce administration and experience with the Salesforce managed package is a plus.
  4. Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or General Ledger (GL) is a plus.
  5. Ability to accurately scope, plan, and estimate the level of effort for tasks, with an appropriate balance of risk and effort.
  6. Excellent spoken and written English.
  7. Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  8. Ability to work with global teams.
  9. Customer empathy is a must.
  10. Positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  11. Strong desire and ability to continually learn new skills, processes, technologies, and product knowledge.
  12. Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
