We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Content Marketing Manager to elevate organic growth and digital presence across The Fertility Partners network. In this role, you’ll act as both a content lead and account manager for a portfolio of clinics - ensuring each brand shows up consistently, credibly, and compassionately across digital channels. From concept to execution, you’ll bring stories and campaigns to life: writing compelling copy, overseeing visual direction, managing multi‑channel content programs, and continuously optimizing based on performance. Your work will help patients access the information, clarity, and support they need on their path to parenthood. Duties/Responsibilities Clinic Relationship & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary marketing partner for an assigned portfolio of clinic brands. Build strong relationships with clinic directors and leadership teams. Translate clinic goals and priorities into actionable content and communications plans. Coordinate requests and collaborate with internal specialists (brand, lifecycle, paid, operations) to ensure smooth and timely execution. Content Strategy & Organic Growth Own the annual editorial calendar that supports patient acquisition, brand building, and clinic-level priorities. Create high‑quality content hands‑on – writing copy, designing assets, and coordinating execution across website & landing pages, social media & organic content, email & newsletters, paid media creative, print & in‑clinic materials. Lead end‑to‑end campaign creative: from brief, to concept, to asset development, to deployment and reporting. Partner with physicians, nurses, and operations to translate clinical information into clear, accurate, and compassionate patient content. Manage website and landing page content; collaborate with digital/SEO support to optimize for discoverability and conversion. Develop and publish organic social content across clinic and network channels; support paid media with compelling creative assets. Build and maintain toolkits and playbooks (tone of voice, visual guidelines, templates) to drive efficiency and brand consistency. Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead volume, conversion) and use insights to iterate and improve content. Required Skills/Abilities Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor tone for different audiences and emotional contexts. Hands‑on ability to produce content, including writing copy and creating visual assets. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools to develop social content, print collateral, and presentations. Familiarity with CMS platforms, landing page editors, and email marketing tools. Understanding of SEO principles, organic social best practices, and how content drives patient acquisition. Strong account management abilities, with comfort managing multiple brands, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Empathy‑driven communicator with a passion for supporting individuals and families throughout the fertility journey. Education and Experience 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or content creation – ideally in healthcare, wellness, or another regulated industry. A compelling portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership of multi‑channel content (from brief to final asset).
