Our CNC routers help bridge the gap between ideas and production by simplifying and automating subtractive manufacturing, and we’ve delivered over 10,000 machines to customers in more than 70 countries.Learn more at www.sienci.comJob DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Managing Director to oversee daily operations and drive scalable growth. Our main growth focuses are with expansion of our manufacturing facility, production of new, more advanced CNC projects, and collaboration with other CNC manufacturers to implement new technologies.The right candidate should be ready to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing company with a track record of double and triple digit annual growth. They should have a track record of growing and building systems.Required ExperienceExtensive management and leadership experience in a high level, or C‑suite level position, being able to structure multiple teams and delegate and manage tasksExperience with commercial real estate, leasing, and space planning around production and manufacturingFocus in budgeting and financial planning around engineering, development, and manufacturingUnderstanding of processes around consumer and business salesUnderstanding of cross border trade, exports, tariffs, and distributionNavigate legal and regulatory changes and requirements, such as with safety compliance, workplace health and safety, and employmentCompensationThis role does not have an upper or lower limit for compensation. We will discuss compensation directly with the candidate.
