Project Coordinator/Estimator - Glazing Division Building Envelope, Construction Flynn Group of Companies Halifax, NS Flynn Canada Ltd is hiring a Project Coordinator/Estimator This position will be based out of our Halifax location, reporting to the Glazing Operations Manager. A Day in the Life: Work closely with Project Managers coordinating project schedules, materials, and equipment. Organize and coordinate submittals. Review and monitor schedules and quality control. Review all contracts and accepted quotations. Write up purchase orders. Preparing and following-up on quotations and tenders. Prepare material order sheets and review quantity takeoffs. Mark up drawings on Bluebeam as part of takeoff process. Attend team meetings. Assist production with preparing prices. What We Are Seeking: Recent graduate of a Construction or Engineering & Technologies program or a related educational field, or have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a construction environment. Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project. Good communication (verbal & written). Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Strong blueprint reading skills. A career‑minded individual with a focus on continuous growth and development.
