Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and industry experience in Insurance. This role is critical to driving the success of multiple large-scale marketing automation and customer engagement projects within the Insurance domain. The successful candidate should have the confidence to work closely with stakeholders to map business requirements for SFMC solutions, ensuring effective campaign management, data integration, and personalized customer journeys. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to add value and drive successful outcomes in digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Elicit and document business requirements to design customer personas, define segmentation strategies, and align to user stories for Marketing Cloud implementations. Map data flows and integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (CRM, policy administration, data warehouses) to ensure seamless connectivity and accurate data management. Develop and optimize marketing automation workflows, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience Builder, to support personalized campaigns and improve customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, IT, compliance, and analytics) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility. Support data-driven decision-making by leveraging Marketing Cloud analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and ROI. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with expertise implementing Salesforce solutions, preferably Marketing Cloud, within the Insurance domain. Must have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and ability to gather requirements and support Wealth modernization projects. Familiarity with insurance industry processes, including customer onboarding, policy lifecycle, and compliance considerations. Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Confluence, JIRA) and advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Power BI). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for productive discussions collaborative, requirements gathering, and problem solving. Salesforce certifications and hands on experience in large scale Salesforce modernization projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
