As the
General Manager
of our Montreal site (one of the largest facilities in the AnalytiChem Group) you will lead all operational, financial, and cultural aspects of the organization.
You'll drive sustainable growth by improving efficiency, digital capability, and team engagement while ensuring compliance, safety, and profitability.
This is a high-impact role for an entrepreneurial, hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution and build a resilient, performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site's overall operations - production, quality, supply chain, and customer delivery - ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute a multi-year business plan aligned with corporate strategy, including transformation milestones and digitalization initiatives (SAP ERP rollout).
- Manage the site's P&L, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial and growth objectives.
- Build and empower a high-performing local leadership team while promoting an inclusive, harassment-free, and engaging work environment.
- Represent AnalytiChem Canada to corporate leadership, partners, and the local community as a visible and trusted ambassador.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Operations Management; a Master's degree is an asset.
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
, including 5+ years in a senior site or general management role within industrial or chemical environments. - Demonstrated success leading P&L, transformation, and people-centric change in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record of applying Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement to optimize processes and drive measurable results.
- Full fluency in English and French (spoken and written) and eligibility to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Qualifications :
- Licence en commerce, ingénierie, chimie ou gestion des opérations ; une maîtrise est un atout.
- Plus de 15 ans d'expérience progressive dans la direction de la production, dont plus de 5 ans à un poste de direction de site ou de direction générale dans un environnement industriel ou chimique.
- Succès avéré dans la gestion du compte de résultat, de la transformation et du changement centré sur les personnes dans des organisations complexes et matricielles.
- Expérience avérée dans l'application des méthodes Lean, Six Sigma ou d'amélioration continue pour optimiser les processus et obtenir des résultats mesurables.
- Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais et du français (à l'oral et à l'écrit) et admissibilité à travailler au Canada sans parrainage de l'employeur.
