Our vision is to be the world leader in betting, gaming and interactive entertainment by bringing moments of excitement into people’s lives, driven by sustainability and growth.ResponsibilitiesBuild proactive and personalized relationships with allocated players.Ensure regulatory requests can be completed when required.Contribute to the strategic ambition of the account management team to drive growth and revenue and build loyalty to the brand.Conduct all responsible gambling and AML interactions with account customers where possible.Identify potential new account customers via daily business analysis and reporting.Handle or resolve customer issues and disputes, ensuring the customer feels valued.Work as an integral part of the account management team to influence player activity with a view to maximize retention.Ensure clear communications into and out of the team to deliver leading service and feedback to product and marketing teams.Coordinate with the hospitality team for events and to optimize the hospitality experience; attend events with customers.Provide stakeholders with accurate reporting on performance, Responsible Gambling, and growth of the account customer base.Uphold the spirit of the Code of Conduct in all customer interactions.What You Will DoBuild a proactive and personalized relationship with allocated players.Ensure regulatory requests can be completed when required.Participate in the account management team’s growth and revenue strategy to build loyalty to the brand.Conduct responsible gambling and AML interactions with account customers where possible.Identify potential new account customers via daily business analysis and reporting.Handle/resolve customer issues and disputes to ensure customers feel valued.Collaborate with the team to maximize retention and drive player activity.Communicate effectively with the team and relevant stakeholders to deliver high service quality.Coordinate with the hospitality team for events and hospitality experiences.Provide accurate reporting to business stakeholders on performance and growth of the account base.Adhere to the Code of Conduct in all interactions with customers.QualificationsMandatory requirementsEdmonton area resident (preferred but not required).Minimum of 1-3 years of experience managing VIPs in an online gaming or similar customer-centric environment, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts.Applicants from other industries with a commercial background are welcome to apply.Native English speaker.Proven track record of customer revenue analysis and reporting.Outstanding personal relationship management skills.Ability to work in a self-contained/independent environment, knowing when to escalate and when to decide.High interest and knowledge of licensed online gaming in sports and casino.Clear and engaging communication over phone, email and in person.Experience in hosting VIP events (preferred).Additional InformationEthics & Integrity: Adheres to the highest standards of business ethics and compliance, acting in the best interests of players and the company.Leadership: Demonstrates leadership to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.Player-Centric Mindset: Delivers exceptional service to high-value players.Analytical Thinking: Evaluates data, identifies trends, and makes informed decisions to improve VIP services.Adaptability & Problem Solving: Navigates complex challenges and adapts to changing needs.Resilience Under Pressure: Maintains composure and professionalism during escalations.We comply with applicable recruitment regulations and employment laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustries: Entertainment ProvidersNote: This description consolidates the role details and responsibilities related to the VIP Account Manager position for Alberta-based candidates.
