We are currently in search of a Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our three thriving business divisions.The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting all areas of the business, including Commercial, Retail, and Agriculture. The primary focus will be assisting the outside sales team, ensuring sales and gross profit targets are met and exceeded.ResponsibilitiesAssisting outside sales representatives in daily office duties, answering incoming inquiries, maintaining flow of communication, continuing to build customer relations and interacting with all departments to enhance sales company wideCreating and maintaining a list/database of current and prospective customersCold calling, researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resourcesCold Calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clientsAssisting with coordination of tradeshows with the Marketing Department and Outside Sales membersProviding moderate technical support and services to customersDiscussing product requirements and expectations with customers and recommending specific products and solutionsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredSales & customer service training and/or equivalent experienceFluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesSales experience in a manufacturing environment an assetAbility to quickly learn new product knowledgeExperience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environmentProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and experience with CRM and ERP systemsPossibility of attending tradeshows, so willingness to travel and valid passport are a mustBenefitsBenefits Package (dental, health, life insurance)Salary + Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
