Northern Health is seeking a champion with significant management and leadership experience to join our Human Resources department.In accordance with the established vision, mission, values and strategic priorities of the organization, the Lead, Scheduling Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for providing leadership in Staffing Workforce Management (WFM). The Lead works with leaders and teams at all levels to support the required deliverables of implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support) for Scheduling related to the respective subject matter assigned.The incumbent leads, directs, and coordinates current Staffing and HR processes, policies, workflows and mapping and articulates what is required to achieve the future state Staffing and HR systems.Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.Prince GeorgePrince George is the centre of business, education, health and culture for northern British Columbia and services a rural population of about 300,000.
