Position and location details: The role is for one Construction Safety Manager at location In Quebec CityWork schedule and environmentThe position requires onsite assigned workspace, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours plus 5 hours of overtime weekly.ResponsibilitiesEnsure General Contractors comply with construction safety policiesConduct site safety observations and reportingParticipate in planning meetingsTrain GC leadership and promote safety best practicesFoster a culture of safety excellence without direct operational controlField involvement: about 80% fieldwork including safety assessments and coachingMeetings: about 10% of timeDocumentation review: about 10% of timeEngage multiple stakeholders to promote a collaborative safety cultureMust haves / QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of construction safety management experienceExperience preferably in hyperscale data center or mission-critical projectsCertifications like CHST or CSP are preferredFrench language proficiency is mandatoryCandidate skillsExtensive construction safety expertiseManagement experienceField experience in mission-critical environments10+ years of practiceSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionConstruction #J-18808-Ljbffr
