Sports Product Specialist Our Client is seeking a Sports Product Specialist to manage sports betting operations, ensuring smooth processing of bets, monitoring odds, and maintaining accuracy across various betting markets. The role requires combining a thorough understanding of sports betting with extensive knowledge of professional and collegiate sports and current events to maximize revenues and limit liabilities while maintaining product integrity. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day sports betting operations. Ensure smooth processing of bets, monitoring odds, and maintaining accuracy across betting markets. Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues. Ensure optimal player experience and maximize engagement. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in sports betting operations, casino operations, or related industry. Degree or Diploma in Business, Sports Management or related field. Analytical skills to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under high pressure. Strong communication skills and collaborative ability in fast‑paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live sporting events. High knowledge of professional sports and thorough understanding of online and retail sports betting. Familiarity with sports betting software and systems. Summer Sports Camp Director – Woodbridge Sports Dome Position: Summer Sports Camp Director Location: Woodbridge Sports Dome, Ontario (7501 Martin Grove Road). Dates: July 2 – August 30 (9 weeks). Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Key Responsibilities Manage sign‑in/sign‑out procedures for campers, ensuring safety and efficiency. Ensure camp runs on schedule, resolving disruptions swiftly. Oversee equipment setup, inventory, and maintenance. Supervise and support camp coaches, ensuring adherence to schedule and high‑energy engagement. Conduct weekly staff check‑ins and provide feedback to optimize performance. Lead pre‑camp orientation and training for coaches. Design weekly camp activity schedules, balancing sports drills, games, and fun challenges. Adjust programming based on camper engagement and feedback. Organize special events, tournaments, and themed days. Serve as main point of contact for parent inquiries and concerns. Provide daily/weekly updates to families on camp highlights. Order and manage camp supplies and equipment. Track attendance, incidents, and program feedback. Assist in marketing efforts to boost enrollment. Qualifications High School Diploma (required). Post‑secondary education in sports management, recreation, kinesiology, or education (preferred). 4+ years of camp experience as counselor, coach, or director. First Aid & CPR‑C Certification (mandatory). High Five Certification (preferred). Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and high energy. Excellent organizational skills.
