More than a Home, it’s a Lifestyle.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Health Care Aide to join our Lifestyle Options - Leduc team on a part-time (0.4 FTE) day shift basis. In this role, you will work with a team to provide inclusive, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence, under the direction of a Licensed Practical Nurse and Supervisor.What you’ll doProvide high-quality care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan.Support daily living needs including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and recreational activities.Complete safe and appropriate medication assistance in accordance with current standards.Perform authorized and delegated procedures to meet specific resident needs.Communicate observations and concerns to nurses, AHS Case Managers, and other health professionals.Accurately document service hours and all activities performed for residents.QualificationsCertified Health Care Aide, registered with the Alberta HCA Directory.Experience with elderly, disabled, and palliative care preferred.Delivers person-centered care and involves residents and families in care planning.Demonstrates emotional intelligence and strong communication skills in English.May be exposed to infectious diseases; follows safety protocols and hygiene standards.Benefits You’ll EnjoyClear pathways for advancement and professional developmentPremiums for out-of-town workFlexibility to choose shifts that fit your lifestyleWe’d love to work with you—join the Lifestyle Options team today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
