OverviewA career as a Senior Lead Developer in the Data Destruction Governance Platform IT Delivery team at National Bank means acting as a full-stack developer and using your technical skills, leadership, and strong communication to influence others in support of a major and innovative initiative.ResponsibilitiesWork in the IT delivery team of the "Data Conservation and Destruction" (CDD) project, part of the Privacy program (PRP) aimed at setting up a platform dedicated to the good governance of data retention and destruction at the BankDeliver technological solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with architectural orientationsDesign and implement integrations and data consumption via APIs and API contracts, microservices, and Kafka streamingDesign pipelines to automate continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)Diagnose problems and solve complex issues to ensure long-term solutions and continuously improve assetsCollaborate with solution and data architects, functional analysts, integrators, and developers, and be able to challenge proposalsDiagnose problems and resolve complex problemsActively contribute with the delivery team by splitting deliverables in an Agile contextReinforce software engineering best practices and share expertiseConfirm the quality of deliverables via automated testingInfluence decisions and improvements to the development processYour teamThere are more than 2,300 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative way to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
