Notre client est une PME œuvrant dans les fonds de placement privé, et recherche un technicien comptable sénior pour une nouvelle opportunité à temps plein pour le siège social localisé au centre-ville. Le candidat idéal est bilingue et possède un bon entregent le permettant de travailler en équipe et de collaborer avec des partenaires externes et internes. Le salaire ira jusqu’à 70K selon l’expérience.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, tu auras besoin :

·       Au moins trois ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire

·       Une facilité pour communiquer dans les deux langues

·       L’esprit d’équipe

·       Capacité de venir au bureau cinq jours semaine obligatoirement

·       Professionnalisme

Les tâches à effectuer sont :

·       Effectuer le cycle complet des comptes payables et recevables

·       Transiger avec des collaborateurs internes et externes pour des suivis

·       Générer des rapports mensuels pour analyser la performance des actifs

·       Participation aux fins de mois et fin d’année ainsi que la préparations des états financiers avec le CFO

·       La conciliation bancaire, les entrées de journal

·       Produire des rapports de rendement et faire l’analyse des budgets

·       Respecter les normes corporatives et maintenir une performance cohérente

·       Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus internes

·       Autres tâches selon les exigences de l’entreprise

Our client is a private equity firm, located in Montreal and is looking to hire a senior accounting technician for a permanent opportunity to commence as soon as possible. The ideal candidate is bilingual and can work autonomously to accomplish daily tasks. The salary can go up to 70K depending on experience.

Requirements

·       3+ years in a similar role

·       Bilingual both written and spoken

·       Team-player with solid people skills because it is a tight-knit team

·       Ability to work from the office five days weekly

Tasks include

·       Complete the full cycle of accounting for both accounts payables and receivables

·       Communication with both tenants and government bodies to facilitate transactions

·       Participation in the month-end and year-end preparation

·       Adherence to corporate standards of professionalism and task completion

·       Generating reports to determine organizational performance and success

·       Review day-to day transactions and budget reports

·       Journal entries, bank reconciliations and updating the general ledger

·       Reviewing accounting processes for the sake of improving internal controls

·       Other tasks as assigned by superior
