Responsibilities
â¢Monthly bank reconciliations for various legal entities
â¢Periodic GST/PST filings for various legal entities
â¢Preparation and coordination of all government/regulatory filings
â¢Cheque and deposit preparation, when required
â¢Daily verification/reconciliation and maintenance of investment portfolio transactions on software platform
â¢Assistance with monthly reconciliation of all brokerage accounts in investment portfolio
â¢Assistance with monthly accruals for closing of G/L and books
â¢Maintaining a systematic and organized filing system for the documents and files of all the legal entities
â¢Monthly bank reconciliations for various legal entities

Qualifications
â¢College or Bachelorâs Degree in accounting or relevant experience
â¢Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
â¢Bilingual (French and English)
â¢Ability to work under a multi-company structure
â¢Team and service-oriented
â¢Organized and attentive to detail
â¢In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
