Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Operating Room (OR) Travel Assignments for Alberta Express Healthcare Staffing works with numerous medical facilities throughout rural Alberta and is seeking Travel License Practical Nurses (LPNs) with experience in the Operating Room (OR) and in Acute Care (ER or Med/surg). What We Offer $43-47 hourly rate $75 per day diem Accommodations/Flight/rental car provided License reimbursement (conditions apply) Excellent Referral program We offer a $100 Fast Start Bonus – For those who are credentialed and pick up 3 shifts within 7 calendar days of starting the credentialing process. + $250 referral bonus available (subject to conditions). Job Requirements Minimum 2 year recent paid work experience in the Operating Room. 2 years Acute care or ER experience. Operating Room Technician (ORT) certificate. Preferred experience in rural areas/small town hospitals. Provincial license or ability to attain provincial license in Alberta. Demonstrates ability to understand, speak, read and write effectively in English. Excellent observation, communication, and critical thinking skills. Able to be flexible for scheduling.
