As part of the FRR team in Enterprise Controllers’ Group in our Toronto head office you will be part of a collaborative culture that strives to challenge ourselves to be our best, think progressively, and work together to deliver collective results.The Manager – Regulatory Reporting (Canada), reporting to the Director/Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting, will assist the team in providing accurate and timely financial information to the bank’s Canadian regulators by implementing process changes across the CFO group to drive efficiencies or meet changing external requirements and build/maintain an exceptional control environment. You will establish best practices in CFO Group’s control framework and collaborate with various Finance and functional teams to support leaders across CFO group and Enterprise.This role appeals to individuals who want to work in a fast-paced area with significant visibility and a high profile across RBC, who have an appetite for personal growth, and who thrive on challenges to make a real difference with lasting impact.What will you do?Support the preparation of consolidated RBC Regulatory Financial Reporting, including analyses and insights for senior management across Finance.Support the preparation and reconciliation of financial data for accurate and timely submission of regulatory filings to Canadian Regulators including OSFI, Bank of Canada and StatsCan for RBC Consolidated and at the legal entity level in accordance with timelines for monthly, quarterly, and year end deliverables.
