The project manager shall leverage the added value of the After-PO process to strengthen the relationship with the customer. What you will accomplish with us Oversees the design, planning, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction or existing buildings. Evaluate the technical content of plans and specifications, ensuring proposed products meet specified requirements and submit shop drawings to vendors. Validate product selections using manufacturer software. Receive customer approvals for shop drawings, release schedules, and delivery timelines. Release equipment to production. Maintain the status of the project in internal database. Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory. Track project expenses and material costs. Identifying and implementing cost‑saving opportunities where possible. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress. Provide technical support to clients and the sales team. Ensure billing is up to date. What You Bring to Our Team Post Secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline. Demonstrate experience in HVAC (an asset). Advance knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel). Willingness to acquire industry knowledge. High level of commitment to exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self motivated, organized and strong interpersonal skills. Good judgment and decision‑making skills. Ability to problem solve and provide variable solutions based in customer needs and company objectives. Valid Driver’s Licence. Ability to travel to the U.S.A. PMP Designation Added Bonus. Ability to lift 25kg.
