The Senior Manager of Farm and IRCA Pricing will lead the Farm and individually‑rated commercial auto (IRCA) book of business, driving profitable growth solutions and partnering across the organisation to achieve financial targets. How You Will Create Impact Coaching and developing your team, recruiting, selecting talent, managing performance, and fostering an agile culture. Participating in the project roadmap with analytics solutions, budgeting, and resource management. Overseeing the development, maintenance, and improvement of pricing models and non‑pricing models. Utilising appropriate actuarial tools and techniques, including rating plan development and operational research. Establishing best practices for pricing models and ensuring governance principles. Assessing downstream impacts of changes and devising mitigation strategies. How You Will Succeed Build trusting relationships and provide feedback for the development of your team. Foster innovation and continuous improvement with a focus on client experience. Lead change adoption and create a high‑performance culture aligned with organisational goals. Communicate effectively, show openness to alternative views. Apply critical thinking to guide decisions and adjust business plans amid shifting priorities. Qualifications 5+ years of actuarial experience, 3+ years of progressive leadership experience. University degree in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics or related field. Insurance industry experience, especially in auto regulation. Expertise in actuarial pricing segmentation, loss ratios, expense allocation, earned premiums, and P&C products. Strong understanding of business operations, strategies, and processes. Comprehensive knowledge of internal and industry standards and regulatory environment. Actuarial designation (ACAS/ACIA, FCAS/FCIA) is an asset. Proficiency in English; French is an asset; non‑French duties are predominant. What to Expect Occasional travel.
