Your Mission As a Primary Care Paramedic, you are the frontline provider of emergency medical care, delivering rapid, professional response in critical situations. Keep medical equipment and transport vehicles ready 24/7 for rapid response—because lives depend on it. Participate in medical retrieval services and perform patient triage when needed.Stay sharp by completing annual skills assessments and actively pursuing ongoing education. Operate confidently within your licensed scope of practice while supporting team excellence. Answer incoming calls promptly and manage daily/nightly operational duties with precision. Contribute to internal training programs by preparing and delivering sessions that elevate team skills. Maintain accurate, timely patient records and prepare reports as required. Engage in scheduled meetings, committees, and working groups to drive continuous improvement. Assist in writing procedures and identifying risks to strengthen quality standards. Be an active participant in the Quality Improvement Program, ensuring service excellence every day.
