Job Overview We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Technical Support Analyst (Level I) to join our Global Services team across Canada. The role involves delivering top‑notch level‑1 support for all IT and communication systems used by our service desk. Please submit your résumé in English. Responsibilities Submit fully documented customer issues into the ticketing system. Analyze symptoms, determine urgency, and provide a solution when possible. Escalate incidents to the appropriate Level‑II support group when first‑call resolution is not possible, and manage the incident throughout its lifecycle. Assist with incident escalation internally and externally. Research opportunities for process improvements and follow up with peers and managers to enhance service delivery. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role providing Level‑I assistance in a call center or help desk. Proficiency in both French and English in a professional setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues. Capability to adapt to fluctuating client needs and manage high‑stress situations while responding quickly and professionally. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with peers and colleagues. Demonstrated commitment to delivering superior customer service, both in person and on the phone. Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends. Desired / Preferred Skills Understanding of ITIL Incident Management. A+ Certification. Benefits Collaborative and supportive colleagues.
