As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing survey projects from initiation to completion. You will lead a team of surveyors and support staff, ensuring project deliverables are met within budget, scope, and timeline. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of surveying principles and practices. Responsibilities Manage client relationships and communication Lead project planning and execution including scope, budget, schedule, safety, and risk; allocate resources and oversee team performance; ensure quality control and compliance; monitor financials and manage change orders Maintain documentation and reporting; drive continuous improvement Requirements Diploma or degree in surveying/ geomatics/civil engineering 3+ years project management experience in surveying or geospatial industry Strong surveying knowledge Ability to access job sites Valid Class 5 driver’s license Ability to work outdoors Skills Professional designation (BCLS, CLS, PEng) an asset but not required Excellent communication Proven ability to manage multiple projects Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Integrity and professionalism What We Offer Underhill Geomatics Ltd. offers an excellent compensation package commensurate with your experience.
