Join to apply for the Pharmacist role at Neighbourly Pharmacy Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join our friendly team at Vegreville Drug Mart located at #112 - 4925 50th Avenue, Vegreville, AB. We’re flexible - this role can be full-time or part-time, based on your availability. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations. Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions. Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage. Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities. Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy. Injection certification required. APA an asset. Kroll experience an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
