Responsibilities: Provide compassionate care focusing on patient-centered services, including disease management, medication reviews, adherence, health assessments, and vaccinations. Offer counseling and education tailored to patient needs, considering literacy, hearing, and privacy. Develop care plans, follow up, and document appropriately. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional programs to deliver excellent health and wellness services. Ensure seamless patient experience across locations through active engagement in Fusion. Prioritize prescription safety, supporting pharmacy technicians and assistants as needed. Stay informed about pharmacy services and industry trends, attending training as necessary. Comply with all regulatory and company policies, including safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in Alberta. Injection and First Aid Certification.
