Senior Financial Analyst – Capital Management and Executive Reporting Join TD as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Specialized Reporting and Solution Management Team (SRSM) Insurance Team. Location: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaHours: 37.5Employment type: Full‑timeSeniority level: Mid‑SeniorJob function: Finance Basic Salary Range: $76,800 – $115,200 CAD Job Summary: We are seeking a detail‑oriented, highly organized Senior Financial Analyst with strong accounting skills, business acumen, and demonstrated problem‑solving ability. You will coordinate end‑to‑end Capital Management and Board & Audit Committee reporting, preparing and presenting actual Minimum Capital Test (MCT) results, forecasts, and board reports to the CFO and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present Minimum Capital Test (MCT) actuals, forecasts, and plans. Prepare Board and Audit Committee reports, reconcile to general ledger and source data, promptly identify and resolve variances. Analyze and communicate annual financial statement results at detailed and executive summary levels. Identify and explain quarter‑over‑quarter and year‑over‑year variances for executive stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for Board, Audit Committee, and MCT reporting. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and facilitating remediation of findings. Proactively identify and assist with process improvement initiatives. Provide ad hoc support to the Finance Manager as needed. Key Competencies CPA designation. At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting or regulatory reporting roles, preferably in insurance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical skills.
