We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our Te Rapa service centre as a Team Leader and Service Advisor. This role helps manage our current service advisor team while serving as the vital link between our valued customers and the busy on-site workshop, helping ensure every visit runs smoothly and professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive, award-winning team in a modern, purpose-built facility in Te Rapa. If you’re passionate about delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist in leading and coordinating the service advisor team. Perform as a service advisor, acting as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. Ensure each customer visit runs smoothly and professionally. Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Qualifications Experience as a service advisor Management experience is useful An approachable and friendly personality Ability to make decisions and problem solve quickly Good relationship-building skills Excellent time management skills Strong personal presentation Clear communication skills Passion for cars & technology Good numerical and reasoning skills Current full driver’s license Ability to multitask Enjoy working in a team environment where every day can be different Job Details This is a Full Time permanent position, Monday – Friday (42.5 hours per week) with rostered Saturdays (approximately 1 in 4).
