Key Responsibilities
• Manage early-stage delinquency and identify root causes
• Negotiate sustainable payment arrangements with customers
• Analyze account history to propose solutions
• Follow established procedures and guidelines consistently
• Act as a brand ambassador for Ford Credit Canada
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Bilingual in English and French with excellent communication
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in collections or financial services is preferred
