Personal Lines Insurance Broker Location: Spruce Grove, Alberta As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to meet sales goals through account development and new business sales, building lasting relationships with clients by helping protect what matters most to them. Responsibilities Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology. Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients. Upsell products and services to new and existing clients. Generate client referrals through community involvement and events. Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters. Make timely renewal calls for existing client business. Stay up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers. Commit to self‑development through internal training and industry education. Maintain extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans. Qualifications Ability and desire to deliver an outstanding client experience. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets. Experience in account development with existing clients. Ability to build relationships with communities through networking and service. Strong structure and accountability. Level 1 General Insurance license.
