Work Location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Four Months
Schedule: 7.25 hours/day, Onsite 3 days a week

Responsibilities
- Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems.
- Responsible for end-to-end development of applications and database in traditional and cloud deployments.
- Creates functional and technical designs for customization, extensions, and configurations.
- Refine and clarify designs during software development and implementation.
- Code, unit test code, provide subject matter expertise in testing, and support deployment in production.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues.
- Create all functional and technical design documents.
General Skills
- Experience with specified technology and version.
- Experience in creating and documenting technical design, development, and delivery of solutions for High Availability environments.
- Experience in providing estimations based on business requirements.
- Experience in data conversion programs and processes for accurate data migrations.
- Experience and knowledge of specified technology enterprise architecture methodologies.
- Experience with UI integration and development of integrated test scenarios.
- Proficient in analyzing and designing changes to existing software solutions.
Desirable Skills
- Experience creating Unix scripts and using Version Control Tools.
- Experience with Rational tools for software development.
- Proven experience in facilitating discussions, negotiations, conflict resolution.
- Experience in designing and developing Web Services.
- Experience in AIX, UML, and XML.
- Experience in optimizing and supporting complex stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Data Migration Lead in data migration planning and execution.
- Experience in SaaS Cloud-based technologies; Azure cloud technologies preferred.
- Experience and expertise with COBOL, JavaScript, SQL.
Nice to Have
SAP experience is a plus. Public Sector Experience is an asset.
