Key Responsibilities Posting outdoor advertising copy as scheduled, climbing up to heights of 50’ to 70’ Prepping poster/vinyl signs Prepping cut-outs or building 4’ X 10’ wooden sections Working outdoors in inclement weather Operating a lawn mower; carrying a ladder at waist level, shoveling snow Installation and Maintenance shelters Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are followed Other duties as required Critical Qualifications Grade 12 Ability to read, write and communicate in English A proactive self-starter with a team attitude and a willingness to learn Ability to work at heights Moderate to heavy lifting up to 75 lbs Organized and dependable individual who can work with minimal supervision Must have a good attendance record Must have (green patch) safety boots Valid driver’s license is required Successful candidates will be required to pass a standardized fitness assessment confirming their ability to perform the essential duties of the position. Satisfactory completion of this assessment is a mandatory pre-condition to employment in this role. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. Additional Information: For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
