Job Description Environmentall is seeking a Demolition Project Manager Who we are At Environmentall Contracting Services (ECSI), we’re committed to adhering to the strictest environmental standards and practices. We are a team of professionals with extensive experience in the areas of Demolition and Civil, for both ICI and residential settings. ECSI has been operating since 2009 and employs over 75 full‑time people year‑round. We are driven by our core values of integrity, safety, service, quality, relationships and corporate citizenship. What you’ll be doing Lead the on‑site delivery of large‑scale decommissioning projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Oversee daily site operations, working closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and other team members to maintain project momentum and productivity Assist in developing detailed project estimates, budgets, resource plans, and schedules to meet defined milestones Ensure all work aligns with contract documents, scope, and regulatory requirements Provide clear directions and support to the Project Coordinator and other team members for efficient execution of administrative and documentation tasks Attend and lead regular on‑site meetings for planning, progression, and close‑out Collaborate with the Health & Safety department to develop and enforce safety and quality control programs Maintain compliance with all regional (provincial/territorial) and project‑specific regulations Manage subcontractors, including scope definition, performance tracking, and invoice approvals Complete monthly progress billings and maintain financial tracking Serve as the primary on‑site contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and maintaining a strong working relationship Participate in all start‑ups, progress, and close‑out meetings with clients and internal stakeholders Negotiate and manage project changes, scope adjustments, and documentation Coordinate resource requirements with field leadership and proactively address potential issues impacting schedule or cost Seek new revenue/cost‑saving opportunities in projects (CCN’s) and assist in the qualification and estimating of new projects Support other Environmentall Contracting’s lines of business What we need from you Support our corporate values and enhance our culture Leadership and teamwork, driving results from individuals and teams, as well as 3rd parties Self‑accountability and holding others to the same high standard Growth oriented mindset, continuously looking at the long‑term vision of the business and the Demolition function What skills and experience you’ll bring to us 10+ years’ experience in demolition construction 5+ years’ directly managing demolition projects Experience in estimating large scale demolition projects Experience in managing Union labour Degree or diploma in Construction or Business and/or PMP considered a benefit Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project (or equivalents) Want to apply?
