As the Property Manager, you will oversee daily operations and leasing activities across a significant portfolio. Responsibilities include managing capital projects, addressing tenant inquiries, and collaborating with leadership to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial objectives through rent collection, budget preparation, and expenditure analysis.
  • Oversee property maintenance, tenant inquiries, and building systems management.
  • Ensure compliance with occupancy policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and collaborate with the leadership team to implement innovative procedures.
  • Supervise a team of employees and contractors.
  • Negotiate leases and manage tenant relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Coordinate capital projects and renovations.
  • Respond to emergencies and enforce security measures.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Real Estate Property Management or a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in property management.
  • Proficiency in contract administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record of effective team leadership.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of YARDI 7s is an asset.
