Senior Operations Associate – Canada LifeReporting to the Associate Manager of Administration, you will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of financial and non‑financial transactions for our clients’ mutual fund accounts in support of our distribution partners.What you will doProcessing complex transactions to mutual fund accountsReviewing transactions entered by advisorsCommunicating with advisors’ requirements to turn "not in good order" trades into "in good order" tradesUnderstanding the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines, Quadrus and fund company business processesTracking and reporting activityMeeting service standards to minimize financial impactWhat you will bringCompletion of the IFIC Operations and/or Investment Funds Course is an assetPrevious experience in a role communicating with Advisors is an assetWorking knowledge of the mutual fund industry, regulatory guidelines and Quadrus & fund company business processes is an assetExcellent written communication skillsAttention to detailTeam player committed to achieving team objectivesSelf‑motivated and enjoy a busy work environmentAbility to meet strict daily deadlinesAbility to organize and prioritize daily responsibilitiesThe base salary for this position is between $43,400 - $65,100 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
