Senior Project Manager, eHealth and Clinical Information Systems Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia or Winnipeg, Manitoba (Hybrid) Job Overview: You will manage projects with full responsibility for results, driving the development of products, solutions, and services that are timely, competitive, and meet market needs. This cross‑functional role focuses on processes, best practices, and tooling for efficient and timely product releases. Responsibilities Work with cross‑functional teams to define and manage medical software development project plans that adhere to SHS’s product design and development procedures; Create and collaborate on project documents such as design & development plans, risk management plans, and other relevant documentation; Track, report, and analyze overall project progress and metrics; Collaborate with other project managers globally to recommend or implement process quality improvements and related tooling; Perform all required management responsibilities, including implementing company policies, programs, and guidelines; Lead people, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills. Minimum Required Skills And Knowledge Proficient in technical writing; Experienced with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday.com, MS Project, Tempus; Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired; Working knowledge of MS Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps and JAMA is an asset. Required Education And Experience Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and/or 3–8 years of related experience, or Master’s/PhD with 2–5 years of related experience; Desired work experience includes roles in a software development or engineering company involving Project Management, Software Development or Engineering.
