Support and coordinate the administration and execution of sample clearances, compilation licences, and cover/interpolation matters. Release & Rights Operations Support Support the end‑to‑end release workflow from executed agreement to operational handoff. Validate rights and contract metadata (e.g. shares, writer/publisher information, licence terms) for product configuration in Label Manager. Support invoicing workflows by reviewing and submitting invoices in Label Manager in accordance with executed agreements. Support Digital Operations with post‑release rights matters by reviewing executed agreements and rights metadata in response to platform claims or takedown notices. Department Administration & Projects Support department‑level administration, documentation, and tracking across Business & Legal Affairs. Assist with contract audits and special projects, including catalogue reviews and partner‑specific or internal audits. Executive & Organizational Support Provide administrative support to the Executive team as needed, including meeting scheduling and coordination related to artist deals and M&A activity. Assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks that support deal execution and strategic initiatives. Support the Executive with scheduling in‑person events and related logistics when required.
