Partner with Recruiters and hiring teams to build and execute scalable sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring plans. Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a variety of techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, referrals, events, and creative outreach). Build and maintain talent pipelines and nurture passive candidates through thoughtful, consistent touchpoint strategies. Conduct market and talent research (availability, compensation trends, competitor mapping) and adapt sourcing strategies as market conditions evolve. Screen and assess sourced candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements before recruiter handoff. Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and outcomes; share insights and recommendations with recruiting partners. Support special projects, recruiting initiatives, and hiring events as needed. Manage full‑cycle recruitment for select roles when required. Perform other related duties as assigned. What you bring 1–2 years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role, ideally in a high‑growth, high‑velocity environment. Demonstrated success building and managing talent pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously. Strong sourcing skills across a range of channels, including outbound search, inbound applicants, referrals, and events. Experience engaging passive talent – from initial outreach through relationship‑building and handoff to recruiters. A data‑informed mindset, with the ability to track activity, analyze results, and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly. A collaborative, consultative approach and strong partnership skills. Curiosity and a growth mindset, with interest in continuously improving your sourcing craft, including experimenting with AI tools and new technologies. Bonus points if you have Experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Experience using Workday ATS and Gem. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $78,200 to $105,800 CAD. Competitive, equitable salary with top‑tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance.
