Our continued commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable growth drives our leadership in the markets we serve.Position: Account ManagerLocation: TorontoReports to: Sales Manager, CCC PlasticsKey ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth by promoting and selling CCC Plastics’ full product line—including colour concentrates, compounds, resins, and additives—across the plastics industry.Develop new business through proactive prospecting and lead generation while managing and expanding existing customer accounts.Build strong, long‑term customer relationships, provide outstanding service, and position CCC Plastics as the supplier of choice.Maintain accurate sales records and reporting to support territory planning and coverage.Frequent day travel within the territory with infrequent overnight travel.Background & QualificationsPost‑secondary education required; Bachelor of Science or Business degree preferred.Ideally a minimum 5 years’ technical sales experience in the plastics industry.Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.Entrepreneurial mindset with successful prospecting and business development track record.Excellent verbal and written communication with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal influence skills.Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.Based in Eastern GTA or surrounding area, with ability to travel to the Bloor Street office as needed.Valid driver’s licence and vehicle allowance is provided.CCC is committed to providing accommodations for persons with disabilities.
