We\'ve successfully integrated 6 entities into Workday within the last two years, demonstrating our ability to handle complex, large-scale projects. The scope of our team spans system requirements gathering, configuration, security management and integration development. We do this by maintaining a highly collaborative environment that embraces a growth mindset. Our team directly influences TELUS\'s ability to efficiently manage its workforce, financial operations, and business growth through acquisitions. We\'re not just maintaining systems - we\'re actively shaping TELUS\'s future technology landscape through strategic system transitions and integrations.What you’ll doCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and functionality within WorkdayGather and document business requirements from stakeholders across PSA, Finance, and HCM functionsProvide technical solutions and recommendations for business process improvementsDesign, develop, and maintain custom Workday reports using various reporting tools (Advanced Reports, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields)Analyze, modify, and optimize business process frameworks (BPFs) to improve efficiencyConfigure and troubleshoot Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems (depending on experience)Support system testing, validation, and deployment of Workday updatesWhat you bring3+ years of experience with Workday, specifically in Report Writing for HCM and Finance (including PSA) modulesStrong expertise in Workday reporting tools and methodologies (basic custom reports, matrix reports, composite reports) as well as excel and data analysis toolsExperience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer and Workday Business Process Framework (BPF)Valued for your understanding of Workday SecurityKnowledge of business process configuration and optimizationProven track record in requirements gathering and documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving / technical solutioning abilitiesKnown for your ability to anticipate downstream implications of decisionsRespected for your strong attention to detail and project management capabilitiesAbility to work cross-collaboratively and manage various stakeholdersBachelor\'s degreeGreat-to-havesWorkday certificationsExperience with BIRT Report DesignerExperience with Workday StudioChange management experienceUnderstanding of financial and HR business processesData migration experienceKnowledge of SAP / S / 4 HanaBilingual (English / French)A bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
