This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-focused environment and enjoys playing a key role in keeping operations moving efficiently.About the OpportunityIn this role, you will support day-to-day purchasing, vendor coordination, and material logistics for multiple ongoing projects. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure orders are accurate, timelines are met, and inventory needs are fully supported. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and building strong vendor relationships.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate purchasing activities, including placing orders for materials, tools, and equipmentReview quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective decisionsTrack orders, deliveries, and project-specific material requirementsMaintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse staff with stock movement and documentationRead and interpret job scopes, material lists, and project requirements to plan procurement needsCommunicate with project managers and site staff to ensure materials arrive as neededTroubleshoot delays, backorders, or discrepancies and provide solutions proactivelyBuild and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external vendorsWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordinationExperience in restoration, construction, or trades-related environments is an assetProficiency using procurement or inventory management systems and Office 365Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesExperience reviewing quotes, comparing pricing, and negotiating with suppliersAbility to understand job scopes, material lists, and operational requirementsExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and professionalism in vendor interactionsWhy Join Our ClientOpportunity to play a key operational role in a growing organizationCollaborative, supportive work environmentRoom for career development as the company expandsIf you're a hands-on, organized professional who enjoys owning the procurement process from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
