If you have what it takes to be our Procurement and Logistics Associate and this sounds like a perfect match, we would love to hear from youPosition OverviewThe Procurement and Logistics Associate will support day-to-day procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate purchasing of materials, equipment, and services needed for restoration projects. This role will work closely with project managers, warehouse teams, and vendors to maintain inventory, track orders, and ensure smooth operational workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with project teams to determine purchasing needs for restoration projectsSource and procure materials, supplies, equipment, and specialized products required for restoration servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable deliveryCreate purchase orders, track order status, and resolve delivery or quality issuesMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain adequate stockEnsure all purchasing activities meet company standards, compliance requirements, and budget guidelinesReview invoices for accuracy and coordinate with accounting for approvals and processingMaintain organized purchasing records, supplier files, contracts, and documentationSupport cost-saving initiatives and help identify opportunities for improved purchasing efficiencyRequired Knowledge and Experience3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support (restoration, construction, or trades-related industry preferred)Experience using procurement or inventory management systems, as well as the Office 365 suiteStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentExperience reviewing quotes, comparing pricing, and negotiating with suppliersAbility to read and understand job scopes, material lists, and operational requirementsStrong customer service mindset, with professionalism, problem-solving ability, and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external vendorsAODA StatementARS Responds Canada encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
