As our go-to authority on procurement for electrical automation, you’ll forge and maintain key supplier relationships, negotiate terms that deliver maximum value and keep projects running smoothly. Responsibilities Procurement: Negotiate cost-effective savings, quality, and delivery times with suppliers; procure parts and materials for electrical automation systems; track and expedite orders. Supply Chain Optimization: Design, implement, and manage an inventory tracking system; optimize just-in-time delivery of components; strategize procurement schedule to optimize cash flow. Project Management: Align purchasing with project needs in collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing; analyze records for budget tracking and supply chain analysis; manage project logistics. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of ten years experience in procurement and/or supply chain management. Proven experience negotiating with suppliers for best value. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
