Are you Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement expert?We are looking for a professional and engaging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant for our Data & Dynamics team to be based out of our Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, or Calgary branch You will use your deep and expert knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation processes A Day in the Life:Provide day-to-day functional support for Dynamics 365 CE users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Sales, Service, Marketing, and other modulesWorking with end-users to gather information, replicate issues, and test solutions.Work with clients to design and maintain custom entities, forms, workflows, and reportsAnalyze client business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement within the Dynamics 365 CE environmentLead small to medium-sized projects related to system upgrades, new module implementations, or process improvements within Dynamics 365 CECollaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirementsEnsure projects are completed on time and within scope, with clear communication to all stakeholdersWhat You Bring:3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE as a Functional Consultant or similar roleMB-230 - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant AssociateStrong understanding of core Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and MarketingKnowledge of basic X++ or SQL for troubleshootingProven experience in a managed services or support environment, with a focus on client relationship managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teamsExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365 integrations is a plusWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldDesignations such as Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Scrum, and ProsciEquivalent certification to MB-230 - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant AssociateWhy Work at Long View?Great people and cultureCareer growth– Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesInteresting work– Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologiesFlexible environment– A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness, and wellness$70,000 - $90,000 a year Expected salary range $70,000 to $90,000 plus 10% Variable earnings #J-18808-Ljbffr
